Shipping

Products will be shipped by FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS. All in‑stock items will be shipped within two business days after the order is received. Customers should inspect shipments immediately upon receipt.

Certain orders are subject to a handling charge, which will be added to the invoice. Hitobiotec Corp. is not responsible for duty or customs fees; customers may be invoiced separately for these charges.

Regulated Shipments

The Department of Transportation enforces strict rules regarding packaging and shipping of regulated chemicals. Compliance is mandatory. A hazardous shipping charge will be included in your invoice for materials requiring special HazMat packaging and shipping (e.g., Poison, Corrosive, extremely flammable). We will try to keep this expense to a minimum.

Returns

Returns may not be made without prior authorization by Hitobiotec Corp. All returned products must be in original packaging and in resalable condition for refund. Please contact customer service at 423‑520‑6880 or support@hitobiotec.com before making any returns.

Return Instructions

To make a return, please repackage carefully and include:

  • Customer's name and address
  • Customer's phone number
  • Invoice number
  • Product ordered and date of purchase
  • Reason for returning the item(s)

Return Policy

  • Shipments should be inspected immediately upon receipt.
  • Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the invoice date.
  • Breakage and discrepancy claims must be made within five (5) days of receipt.
  • Do not throw away any product.
  • When returning kits, the entire kit must be included to receive credit.
  • Credit will be issued for delivery errors caused by Hitobiotec Corp. Products shipped in error must be returned within 15 days in original packaging and acceptable condition.
  • Products damaged in transit will be researched and may be replaced.
  • Items ordered in error are subject to a 15% processing fee (non‑hazardous) or 25% fee (hazardous). Customers are responsible for shipping and bank processing fees.
  • Hazardous products authorized for return must be shipped via Hazmat shipping in compliance with DOT regulations. Non‑compliant returns cannot be accepted.

Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items may not be returned for credit, including but not limited to: used products, products missing labels, custom products, or special orders.

Policy Changes

Hitobiotec Corp. reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing the policy. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on www.hitobiotec.com.
