The Hito Antigen Retrieval Buffer Solution is specifically designed to break these protein cross-links, thereby unmasking antigens and epitopes in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded tissue sections. This enhances antibody staining intensity and improves detection reliability.
Our buffer is supplied as a 10x concentrated solution, which can be diluted to prepare up to 2500 ml of working solution, offering both convenience and cost efficiency for laboratory use.
