Hito Calcium Control Slide is prepared using 16–18 day mouse embryo tissue. After processing, the tissue is embedded in paraffin blocks, sectioned at 7 µm thickness, and adhered to the central region of a slide.
All slides are unstained and packaged securely in durable plastic containers to ensure safe handling and storage.
These slides can be conveniently stained using the Hito Von Kossa OptimStain™ Kit, making them ideal for calcium detection and histological research applications.
