C57BL/6J mouse embryo unstained sections are prepared from 15–19 day embryos fixed using Hito Modified Zamboni’s Embryo Fixative [HTSHS0107]. The embryos are embedded in paraffin, sectioned at 7 µm thickness, and mounted onto slides.
These sections are suitable for in situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry, and laser capture microdissection, providing versatile applications for research.
Each slide contains two sagittal sections, offering convenience and consistency for experimental use.
