The Hito Iron Positive Control Slide is prepared using mouse spleen tissue. After processing, the tissue is embedded in paraffin blocks, cut at 7 µm thickness, and adhered to the central region of a slide.
All slides are unstained and packaged safely in durable plastic containers to ensure integrity during storage and transport.
These slides can be effectively stained using the Hito Perl’s Iron OptimStain™ Kit, providing a reliable positive control for iron detection.
