Hito CellFix™ Solution is prepared using organic solvents and serves as a fixative for cultured anchorage-dependent or adherent cells. In immunocytochemistry, proper fixation and permeabilization are essential to ensure free access of antibodies to their antigens, with sample preparation requiring the target cells to be fixed directly onto the slide.
